Information like this, that people stood by and let the genocide happen because of oil, makes me so angry. I sometimes want to believe there's no way anyone could be so cruel. <BR/><BR/>It's easy to bury our heads. I had no idea what was going on in Darfur until I lived in Egypt. The number of Sudanese refugees living in Cairo meant the topic was in the mainstream media there. But little was being done. And the refugees were not very welcomed in Egypt. It's so similar to Rwanda. How could the world not have learned this lesson already? <BR/><BR/>Anyway, thanks for sharing this info.
