Vals 15

My iPhone randomly played this one yesterday...Track 15 "Vals Mix"...???

Can anyone help me with the title/composer/orchestra/singers/version...?

Thanks in advance!

My apologies for the quickie "music video"...in post haste mode, I just stuck one of my photos up there with the audio track...

I think it's "A Magaldi", not sure of the version.

No it's not A Magaldi... at least the lyrics are not of A Magaldi... hmmmmmm I know this though... will have to mill through all my valses....

It's "Tu olvido," although I don't know which orchestra this is.

We had a race just now to find the name of the song--DJ v. Spanish-speaker, and the Spanish-speaker won the race. Although the DJ is more likely to figure out the orchestra... ;)

I have this version:
Tu Olvido [1946] 2:36
Ricardo Tanturi Y Su Orquesta Típica Los Indios With Osvaldo Ribó & Roberto Videla
that is rather scratchy...not sure if it the same singers on a different recording...the one I uploaded to YouTube is 2:49 long...

Adriana Sanchez says it was composed by Vicente Spina...

Don't think it's Tanturi. Eduardo Del Piano - Hector de Rosas y Mario Bustos?

Claudita is right. To Olvido (1952) by Orquesta Eduardo Del Piano canta Mario Bustos y Hector de Rosas. My copy is bit muddy. I am wondering where you got this from? :-)

Si, we all agree--Tu Olvido by Del Piano's orchestra!

And I quite like it.

Thanks everyone!

And from Oleh...

This Del Piano verison was released on 'Orquestas Olvidadas Vol. 2'. Most of the tracks (but four) are indeed forgettable.
