Life :: Merry Christmas from the family by Robert Earl Keen

Forgive the very politically incorrect part about the Mexican boyfriend - that part makes me uncomfortable - but rest is pretty hilarious.

Hey Alex, Hope your Holiday is sweet and warm and all that you want it to be. I am really enjoying these blog relationships, and hope to meet up one day,

Alex. As a Texan (though born in Oklahoma) I can recal requesting this song be played on KBUT in Crested Butte at Christmas 1997. It made me cry. It's authentic and the line about the boyfriend ("he was a Mexican") isn't meant to be racist but real. They didn't know what to think of him, until he sang Feliz Navidad, Feliz Navidaaaaaaad.

We all have baggage Alex, and it isn't all Louie Vitton.

Love the pics of deep snow in the winter. Wow i miss it.
