A one bedroom studio is $250k...a 2-2 is $400k...the construction is moving at a feverish pace from what I could see...so we all know that means crappy construction quality...my guess is crappy materials and finishes throughout...
This overbuilding in action, and it's ultimately unhealthy for the people living there, the people in the surrounding area, and society at large...will we ever learn it's not about the dollars...it's about doing the right thing...and doing the thing right...the "big box" theory has come to residential housing...
So very, very sad...
